At The Diamond Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all certification documents and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal to select the order you wish to return and download your prepaid, insured shipping label.

  Secure the Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all diamond grading certificates to avoid a replacement fee.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid label to a sturdy shipping box and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
